Modern Information Solutions performs server-related support and maintenance to small business’ servers and networking devices. Examples of Systems Administration projects include:
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise with the servers and networking components
- Creating user accounts
- Reviewing and applying updates and patches when released
- Performing breakfix tasks with server based applications and hardware components of both servers and networking devices
- Documenting the infrastructure of an organization
As part of the monthly maintenance agreement, we monitor client’s infrastructure and promptly react to any (impending) outages when alerted.
It was a great experience working with MIS. I was so overwhelmed with the Concordance software, but they really helped me gain knowledge about the software. Now I feel 100% comfortable working in Concordance.
